Section 17.06.010 Establishment of use districts and zoning map.
Prior to the adoption of 17.06.010 (Ord. 2137) on 01/20/2003, Section 17.06.010 read as follows.
A. The
municipality is divided into the following zoning districts:
1. Agricultural district:
A-1 Agricultural
district.
2. Residential districts:
R-1 One-family
dwelling district
R-2 One-family
dwelling district
R-3 One-family
dwelling district
R-4 One-family
dwelling district
R-5 One-family
dwelling district
R-6 One-family
dwelling district
R-7 Multifamily
dwelling district.
3. Business districts:
C-1 Neighborhood
business district
C-2 General
business district
C-3 Highway
business district
CP Low intensity,
high quality
commercial
business park district.
4. Industrial districts:
I-1 Light
industrial district.
5. Special districts:
S-1 Historic
building district
S-2 Slope
district
S-3 Floodplain
and drainageway district.
6. Office park district:
OP-1 Office
park district.
B. No zoning district established
in this title shall be changed or a zoning district established
after the effective date of a new zoning ordinance unless the districts are of the following
minimum size:

C. Zoning District Map. The zoning
district maps, which are on file for public inspection in
the City Clerks Office, showing the boundaries of the areas covered by the districts listed in
subsection A of this section, and all notations, references and other information shown thereon
shall be a part of the new zoning code and have the same force and effect as if the district maps
and all the notations, references and other information shown thereon were all fully set forth or
described herein, the originals of which district maps are properly attested and are on file with
the Municipal Clerk. No amendment to the new zoning code which involves matter portrayed on
the zoning district maps shall become effective until after such change and entry has been made
